            The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the Committee Substitute in section one-k on page five, line four immediately following the word “section”, by inserting the following: “if the proposed plans have been found to be prudent and useful”

and,

in section one-k on page seven, line eight immediately following the word “commission”, by striking the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “shall”

and,

in section one-k on page seven, line nine immediately following the word “notice”, by inserting “; unless no opposition to the rate change is received by the Public Service Commission within one week of the proposed hearing date, in which case the hearing can be waived,”
